BEGINNING LEVEL
Includes basic:
1. Sitting
2. Standing
3. Lying down postures
4. Simple inversions
5. Breathing and relaxation techniques
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
Continues with a deeper exploration of the Beginning level, including:
1. More difficult variations
2. Longer holding postures
3. More difficult postures such as inversions and backbends
YOGA FLOW
Appropriate for students of all levels
1. Basic flowing postures accompanied by inspirational music
2. Breathing and relaxation techniques
MEDITATION (At LCC)
Includes instruction, practice, and discussion of:
1. Breath awareness
2. Movement meditation
3. Sense meditation
4. Mantra
5. Eating awareness
6. Relaxation
7. Stretching
8. Breathing techniques
